Салат «Листкова креветка»
Салат «Листкова креветка»:

400 г креветок,

100 г кукурудзи,

50 г пропареного коричневого рису,

1 яблуко (кисло-солодке),

100 г сиру (твердого сорту),

200 р майонезу.

Салат готується шарами, кожен шар промазуємо майонезом. Яйця дрібно ріжемо і викладаємо на дно тарілки. Змащуємо майонезом. Зверху викладаємо кукурудзу. Змащуємо майонезом. Рис відварюємо в соленій воді і охолодити. Викладаємо і промазуємо майонезом. Яблуко нарізали соломкою і вкладаємо на рис. Трохи промазуємо яблука майонезом, лише для того щоб добре тримався шар креветок. На яблука викладаємо шаром креветки. Заливаємо залишилися майонезом. Засипаємо товстим шаром тертого сиру і прикрашаємо: беремо дві креветки і робимо з них сердечко, утапливаем в сирі і серединку сердечка заливаємо майонезом.
