САЛАТ «ОЛІВ'Є» З КОВБАСОЮ
САЛАТ «ОЛІВ'Є» З КОВБАСОЮ: ковбаса варена — 300 гяйцо — 6 шт. картопля великий — 3-4 шт. морква велика — 1 шт. огірки солоні — 3-4 шт. горошок консервований — 1 банкалук ріпчаста — 1 шт. майонез

Перед приготуванням салату відварити яйця, картоплю і моркву. Дрібно порізати ковбасу і скласти в глибоку ємність. Дрібно порізати варені яйця і додати в ємність. Варену картоплю почистити, дрібно порізати і додати в салат. Варену моркву дрібно порізати і додати в ємність. Ріпчасту цибулю очистити від шкірки, порізати і додати в салат. Солоні огірки дрібно порізати і додати в салат. З горошку злити воду і додати в салат.

Додати майонез і перемішати.
Салат «олів'є» готовий.
