Китайський салат овочевий
Китайський овочевий салат:

2 болгарських перцю (червоний і зелений),

2 помідора (червоний і жовтий),

1 довгий огірок,

50 г вершкового твердого сиру,

1 ст. ложка винного оцту,

1 ст. ложка оливкової олії, сіль, перець.

Помідори крупно нарізати. Перець і сир порізати соломкою. Огірок начистити овочерізкою тонкими довгими пластинками. Все перемішати. Посолити і поперчити. Заправити сумішшю винного оцту та олії.
