Салат «Альпініст»
Салат «Альпініст»:

2-3 картоплини,

3 яйця,

200 г сиру (твердого сорту),

200 г солоної червоної риби,

1 банку консервованого горошку, майонез, зелень.

Приготування:

Відварюємо картоплю і яйця. Тремо на тертці сир і яєчні білки. Рибу дрібно нарізаємо. Першим шаром акуратно викладаємо картоплю. Змащуємо майонезом. Другий шар з риби. Промазуємо майонезом. Третій шар сирний. Промазуємо майонезом. Четвертим шаром укладаємо горошок у вигляді гірки. Всю гірку обмазуємо і засипаємо яєчним білком. Підстава прикрашаємо зеленню.
